XoyqoqAI LLC provides mobile applications designed to be interactive, engaging, and educational app. The App is available for download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

AI-Powered Gameplay: The game is powered by AI, which generates questions and processes your yes/no responses to guess the correct answer. While we strive for accuracy, the AI’s guesses are not guaranteed to be correct and are intended solely for entertainment purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or reporting issues.

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

• Not engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.

• Not use the App to transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

• The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by XoyoqAI LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachussets/USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
